The commercial sector involves investment in industrial properties, offices, warehouses and factories. Long-term investors are highly optimistic about the UK commercial property market, despite Brexit uncertainties and slowing activities in the market, as solid income is generated by investors in the medium to long-term. Experts believe the UK market is strong, in terms of, yield and capital growth and is still considered an attractive asset by the high-net-worth professional investors seeking stronger growth.  In the last 18 years, the market returns were 308 per cent, and FTSE 100 return was 209 percent, which makes it a great option where the average yield almost flattened in the last two to three years.

The reports by the Centre for Economics and Business Research (CEBR) claim the sector had strong yields in the last few years and many prime investors were keen on holding back on the decision of investment until Brexit was completed. As per the report, the highest resilience was shown by factories and other industrial properties during the phase and retail sector need to modify and adapt to the changing requirements as the buyers are going online.
