London has numerous advantages in terms of investment in real estate. It is a, mainly, English speaking region, the political condition is stable, the economic system and banking sectors are stable and the judiciary is reliable.

Flats tend to have higher cash in cash returns and yields, and the cost of maintaining the building is usually shared. 

It is the freeholder or a managing agent will usually organise the work. Furthermore, buying flats through management companies offers ways to compare options. Also, the low-cost nature of investment makes it easier to buy a large number of flats to build up your portfolio. By investing in flats you are also able to spread your risk and decrease the impact on yield even if one of the properties remains unoccupied.
