What is an affidavit ?
Affidavit meaning a written statement submitted or given by a witness in a case and an affidavit template is the document that sets out the evidence required for a case. The document is prepared and written by a solicitor or the barrister after getting the necessary information from the witness. The Commissioner for Oaths verifies the affidavit where they check if the person swearing the oath has read it and he /she can understand it fully.
