EUROPEAN RESIDENTIAL

Investment in European residential market involves core real estate projects where the capital cities of the continent are most flourishing regional cultural centers. Such investment may have a comparatively low startup but, in general, the duration of investment is about 10 years.  Cities like Berlin, Amsterdam, Madrid and Milan offer faster growth and demand for long term investment driven by urbanization and improvement in facilities, high tech hubs, and infrastructure where the supply constraints in the prime locations create a buoyant market. 

Many European cities may face a large shortfall in overseas demand in the post Brexit phase. The imposition of trade barriers can also restrict such investments.  Some cities Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, and Berlin may not be affected by trade barriers but some of the UK cities like London, Bristol, and Birmingham may get moderate changes in demand.
